Pastry Factory strengthens its purchasing team with the addition of Ana Lucía Bazán

Pastry Factory keeps growing, as does its staff. Ana Lucía Bazán is the new addition to the company. Heading the Purchasing Department, Ana Lucía will be in charge of looking after the company’s relationships with suppliers to obtain the best raw ingredients. 

 

With more than 9 years’ experience as executive manager in the industry, Ana Lucía lands in Sant Quirze del Vallès after working for almost a decade at Walmart México. With a university education in Food Industries Engineering and a master's degree in Nutrition and Metabolism, Bazán specialises in the development of food and non-food products.

  

For Pastry Factory, the addition of Ana Lucía to the team means gaining experience and professionalism, and consolidating some essential aspects of the purchasing process. “With this new addition, we hope to improve the development and implementation of the purchasing process based on teamwork and focused on customer service," said Francesc Bascompte, CEO of Pastry Factory.

 

 Ana Lucía will join the Pastry Factory team starting this November.
