FROZEN PRODUCTS
Our products should be conserved at a controlled temperature of -18ºC.
Do not refreeze once unfrozen. Conserve at a temperature between 1 and 4ºC.
Calculate how much product to unfreeze for sale. Once unfrozen, the product must be consumed immediately, within between 24 and 96 hours. See product data sheets.
NOT FROZEN
Products that are not frozen must be kept in a dry, cool place.
Their useful life is between 4 and 15 days.
OBSERVATIONS
Sudden temperature changes can alter the product's physical conditions, reducing its useful life.
Read and follow the data sheets of the products you want to buy to ensure their correct consumption and conservation.
